Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

1 pkg lemon cake mix

1 pkg (3 ¾ oz) lemon instant pudding

4 eggs

½ cup vegetable oil (I use canola)

2-4 tbsp poppy seeds

1 ½ cups water

Combine all ingredients. Beat according to package directions. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove, let stand 10 min. Cool, sprinkle with powder sugar. I have also made a powder sugar, lemon extract and a little milk glaze and drizzle over it also. (Source unknown)
