You can never go wrong when grilling food, especially when it comes to grilling beef kabobs. This is a simple recipe, but a great meal on a warm day. Feel free to experiment with other ingredients to fit your need.
1 Cup bottled Teriyaki sauce
½ cup vinegar, preferably balsamic
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
1 ½ tsp. minced fresh ginger
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 lbs. boneless beef sirloin, cut into 2″ chunks
6 onions, cut into 1” long pieces
18 cherry tomatoes
(Add bell peppers, mushrooms or other ingredients to enhance flavor)
In a plastic food storage bag, combine teriyaki sauce, vinegar, oil, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Add beef cubes to the bag and refrigerate 1-4 hours, turning occasionally. Place kabobs on the grill, turning occasionally and brushing with leftover marinade. Grill times will vary depending on how cooked you want the meat.
